Interim Accounting Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with recruiting an Interim Chief Accounting Officer with experience in ERP implementations for an entrepreneurial billion-krona company in Östergötland.
We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, an Interim Accounting Manager who is highly motivated and committed to leading the company’s accounting team. You will participate in and influence the development of processes and work methods within the accounting function. As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the financial statements of the group’s companies and will report to the CFO.
Main duties:
- Lead a team of 10 employees.
- Financial Statements and Reporting.
- Consolidated financial statements.
- Implement a new business system.
- Participate in financial reporting to management.
- Auditing, personnel expenses, VAT, and taxes.
- Accounting Principles/IFRS.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have a degree in business administration or equivalent.
- You have experience with ERP implementations.
- You are a steady and supportive leader and have previous experience as an accounting manager.
- You have worked with inventory.
- You have many years of experience in accounting
- You have experience with consolidated financial statements.
- You know how to use Excel.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to begin in mid-February and is estimated to last 10 months. This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely under a hybrid model.
