Interim Accounting Manager

In the role of Accounting Manager, you will participate in the further development towards a clear, transparent and efficient accounting function. The working environment is fully driven by quality, innovation and transparency.

Main duties:

• Be responsible for the accounts
• Day-to-day accounting, daily reconciliations, payments
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
• Preparation of annual accounts according to K3 and IFRS
• Preparation of interim reports under IFRS
• Liaise and cooperate with auditors
• Responsible for income, VAT and employer declarations
• Ensure good internal control in the accounting function
• Ad-hoc tasks such as providing input to the FSA and other authorities, internal and external projects
• Initiate and lead efficiency work and thus have a good cooperation with other departments. The role will work closely with the IT department in developing current account reconciliations, implementing new processes etc.

Who we are looking for: 

• At least 3 years of experience working in accounting
• Familiar with K3 accounting and IFRS reporting
• You have height in accounting issues but have a very unpretentious approach
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, economics, finance or equivalent
• It would be an advantage if you have worked in financial and/or lending activities
• Experience at Fort Knox would be an advantage.
