Interim Customer Manager

Interim Search has been commissioned by one of our clients in the grocery trade to appoint an interim Customer Manager in central Stockholm.

As Client Manager, your mission is to ultimately be responsible for, nurture and develop a profitable relationship with one of the company's most important clients (one of Sweden's largest retailers). You will interact with colleagues within the client's various departments, identifying and driving issues to ensure effective internal and external management of the client contract. You will supervise the Customer Coordinator and you will be part of the business area's management team.

To be relevant for the assignment, you have recently worked as a Customer Manager or Key Account Manager and have a holistic understanding of all processes behind store delivery and the conditions for profitable store operations. You have experience of store or wholesale operations and post-secondary education in Marketing / Economics. As a person, you have leadership qualities and like to work at a high pace with competent and service-oriented colleagues.

The assignment starts on May 2, 2016 and lasts for 18 months. We will present candidates on Thursday, March 3rd and interviews at the client company will take place on Friday, March 4th.
