Interim Chief Financial Officer
We are seeking an interim CFO for an international IT company in central Stockholm. During this assignment, you will have overall responsibility for finance and accounting, lead a team of ten people, and serve as a sounding board for the international organization. You will be responsible for monthly and annual financial statements, audits, cash flow, currency exposure, taxes, and fees. Experience reading and interpreting incentive agreements is a plus. The assignment also includes implementing new procedures and processes to improve financial controls and reporting processes. The role involves compiling and reporting financial results. You will report to the CFO in the U.S.
To be considered for this position, you must have experience managing and leading a finance department, as well as a strong understanding of IFRS accounting and group consolidation. Experience in a similar context and reporting to foreign owners is a plus. As a person, you are unpretentious, possess strong integrity, and have excellent communication skills.
The basic schedule for this assignment is three days a week; the client appreciates flexibility during peak periods.
