Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to an IT company in southern Stockholm. The company has had very strong growth for several years, which has resulted in a neglected finance function. The company has a turnover of SEK 150 million and currently has 100 employees. Your challenge will include drastically improving the financial management, working closely with the CEO to further develop the company, scale up the finance function and prepare the company for continued growth. All accounting, payroll and related is outsourced. You will be heavily involved in a further overseas expansion and expected to be an active member of the management team.
Our mission is to appoint a high performing CFO with exceptional commercial understanding, strategic and analytical skills. You will be expected to be highly available during the assignment, which is expected to last 6 months with a good possibility of extension. For the right person, the assignment may lead to employment and potential co-ownership of the company.
