Interim Logistics Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Logistics Specialist to a manufacturing company in south-eastern Skåne.
Main duties
- Conduct as-is and to-be analysis of material flows and logistics processes.
- Mapping, analyzing and improving material flows and internal logistics.
- Design, analyze and optimize layouts and workplace design.
- Drive and participate in logistics and improvement projects Identify and implement improvements in LEAN, standardized ways of working and flow optimization.
- Contribute to work related to automation and efficiency.
- Supporting project managers and acting as logistics expertise in ongoing initiatives.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have a post-secondary education in logistics, production, industrial economics or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in high volume production, preferably in automotive (last 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of material flows, layout planning and workplace design.
- Good system experience; CAD/AutoCAD is an advantage, as is ERP experience Analytical, structured and fact-based in decision-making.
- Hands-on, strong in implementation and confident in indirect leadership.
- Communicative, unpretentious and positive in working with the business.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
