Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Change Leader / Managerial Support to an organization in Lysekil Municipality.
Main duties:
- Support manager and lead about 15 employees through organizational change
- Coach and develop the business manager
- Creating a stable group and environment in a new constellation
- Driving the implementation of ongoing change
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in supporting managers and employees through change
- Clear leader with the ability to communicate in a sensitive and respectful way
- Ability to build trust in a short time
- Experience in municipal or public sector activities
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish
About the process: The assignment is for 50-100% starting February 1, 2026 and is expected to last 6 months.
