Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim manager to a world-leading group. The company has 20 manufacturing units and 4 R&D units, and the role is based in Stockholm.
As head of the support function, you will be responsible for providing cross-functional support to the two business areas within the organization. Your role will have the following main purpose and mission:
Support customers by compiling requirements and providing documentation
Ensure the optimization of and monitor the Group's compliance work
Optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the entire group
The function is responsible for the following areas:
- Global projects
- Compliance with product regulations
- Compliance with regulations regarding products and materials
- Technical administration
- Global development methods
- Planning and communication
- To be eligible for the assignment, you should have recent experience from a similar role.
The role requires you to have solid leadership experience in product development, preferably from an international high-tech industrial manufacturing environment. Experience in project management, process development, and standards development is an advantage. The role reports directly to an Executive Vice President in Group Management.
We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client will take place during week 19, 2016. The assignment is full-time and will start as soon as possible. The assignment is expected to last until May 31, 2017.
