Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim COO to a private company in healthcare. The organization consists of about 500 employees and the assignment is based in Stockholm or other location with travel.
As interim COO, you will be responsible for scaling up the business and creating core work processes. You will sit on the management team and have a handful of direct reporting business managers.
Main duties:
- Scaling up of business activities.
- Business development.
- Leading managers.
- Responsible for quality work.
- Responsible for introducing a more centralized way of working in the organization.
- Budgetary and performance responsibilities.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in healthcare and experience in emergency care is an advantage.
- Experience as COO , Head of Operations with a leading position in staffing.
- Relevant management experience and is used to working with P/L responsibilities.
- As a person, you are reliable, quick and decisive.
