Paul has roots in Holland and England and was already trilingual at the age of five. As a child, in addition to his linguistic talent, he had a keen interest in motors, which has stayed with him into adulthood. In his role as warehouse manager, he has held several positions in the transport industry, mainly focusing on personnel responsibility and work environment issues. Paul has a good understanding of structure and is driven by improvement work in terms of orders, investments, and logistics development. In recent years, several of his assignments have been in an international environment, where he has had overall responsibility for managing stock levels in around 20 warehouses within the EU.
