Interim Transformation Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with filling the position of interim Transformation Manager at an industrial company with annual revenue of 400 MSEK.
Main duties:
- As Project Owner, drive and ensure the implementation of the various initiatives adopted to improve profitability.
- Monitor KPIs and challenge subproject owners and the organization.
- Report to the CEO and the executive team.
To be eligible for the role:
- Background as a management consultant.
- Extensive experience in implementing profitability initiatives and cost-saving measures in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience with direct reporting to the CEO, board of directors, and owners.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
About the process
The assignment is for 100 %, starting in mid-September, and is expected to last approximately 15 months.
We will present the candidates on September 3, and client interviews will be held on September 4.
