Interim Construction Engineer with ÄTA Experience
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Construction Engineer with experience in change orders for a company with annual revenue of approximately 800 million. As an interim Construction Engineer, your responsibilities will include procurement, change order management, forecasting, budgeting, project documentation, and follow-up. You will also participate in construction meetings, financial meetings, and engage in dialogue with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Main duties:
• Support the project manager and site manager with planning, budgeting, and follow-up.
• Work with budgets, forecasts, and project financial control.
• Manage and follow up on ÄTA projects.
• Participate in purchasing and procurement.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attend construction meetings, financial meetings, and internal project reviews.
• Follow up on contracts, deadlines, costs, and project documentation.
• Contribute to structure, progress, and close collaboration within the project team.
To be eligible for the role:
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with project finance, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Experience in procurement, change order management, and project documentation.
• Basic knowledge of construction law, AMA, and AB/ABT.
• Good organizational skills and computer proficiency.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
