Interim Senior Business Controller
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of a Senior Business Controller to an international organization in an exciting phase of development located on the West Coast (initially on-site, then hybrid)
The assignment aims to strengthen the finance function during a period of parental leave, focusing on both operational delivery and business analysis in a complex and international environment where you report directly to the CFO.
Main duties:
- Own and operate the budget and forecast process.
- Responsible for financial statements and ongoing group reporting.
- Conduct analysis and follow-up of results and margins.
- Provide data-driven decision support to management and operations.
- Drive the development of financial processes and work actively on cost control.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and act as business support to the organization.
To be eligible for the role:
- 5-10 years of experience as Business Controller in a large company/group.
- Very good experience in budget, forecasting and financial statements.
- Accustomed to working in an international environment and reporting to the group.
- Strong systems experience, especially in Excel, Power BI and cloud-based tools.
- Independent, responsible and confident in your role.
- Communicative and used to working with different parts of the organization.
- You are an unpretentious and communicative team player who finds it easy to build trust at all levels of an organization, from site managers to the CFO.
- You have a natural drive and enjoy combining operational work with
a strategic and analytical perspective.
Meritorious:
- Experience with Board and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Previous work in international organizations with multiple interfaces.

About the process
The assignment starts immediately and covers 100% and extends over about 14 months. Deadline for applications is 29/4 and interviews with the customer will take place in connection with that.
