Interim IT Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim IT Manager to a medium-sized company in change. The company is facing extensive development work in IT where the focus is on creating structure, stability and long-term conditions for the business.
Main duties
- Structuring and managing the IT function.
- Drive and support feasibility study and implementation of new ERP and financial system.
- Ensure structure and development of article data (about 7 000-10 000 articles).
- Review and improve existing CRM/sales support system.
- Establish efficient processes in IT, including security and cloud services.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT with a focus on business value.
To be eligible for the role:
- Have at least 5 years' experience in senior IT roles, for example as an IT manager.
- You have proven experience in building and structuring IT functions.
- Do you have experience with ERP implementations and working with business systems.
- You have a good understanding of business processes and how IT creates business value.
- You have experience in change management in medium-sized organizations.
- You have the ability to work both strategically and operationally.

About the process:
The assignment is full-time with a planned start May 4and runs until the end of the year (approximately 8 months). Selection and interviews are ongoing.
