Interim Supply Chain Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Supply Chain Manager to a manufacturing business in western Blekinge.
Main duties:
- Help the company to build and set an efficient Supply Chain organization as they grow rapidly.
- Develop processes, procedures and structures and work on the division of responsibilities between employees.
- See the big picture of the supply chain organization creating a sustainable and stable organization for the future.
- Analyze, decide on improvements and coach key people.
- Leading a team of about 6 people.
To be eligible for the role:
- You are a senior leader who has worked operationally in running a supply chain organization.
- Clear and humble leader who dares to push things but at the same time is listening and analyzing.
- Strategic ability able to analyze daily work and implement changes to achieve efficiency.
- Ability to create processes and procedures with a good system understanding to create stability to face an expansion.
- If you have worked with Lean and the CRM system monitor, this is an advantage.
About the process:
