Interim Senior Sales Manager
Interim Search is looking for a Senior Sales Manager for an established Nordic trading and industrial company with a strong market position. The assignment involves leading and developing the sales organization in a phase where structure, goal management and working methods in sales are strengthened. The role combines strategic work with operational leadership close to the organization and customers and is part of the Swedish management team reporting to the CEO. Location is Southern Sweden or Östergötland, with regular travel within Sweden.
Main duties:
- Manage and coach a nationwide sales organization consisting of regional managers and other key sales functions.
- Drive the organization towards set goals and budget with a focus on growth and profitability.
- Ensure clear target setting and structured KPI monitoring.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen market position and create new business opportunities.
- Professionalize sales efforts by establishing consistent and proactive sales processes.
- Support the organization in change management and help establish a clear performance culture.
- Actively participate in strategic customer dialogues and business development together with the team.
- Act as a bridge and support in the implementation of the Dynamics 365 business system.
- Be part of the Swedish management team and report directly to the CEO.

To succeed in the role, we look for you to have:
- At least 7 years of senior sales management experience in B2B and experience in managing other managers.
- Proven experience in managing large, geographically dispersed sales organizations.
- Experience in developing structured sales processes, target management and KPI follow-up.
- Experience in change management and transformation work.
- Strong business acumen and good financial understanding with budget and performance responsibility.
- Experience in industrial operations, trade or logistics would be an advantage.
- Experience with digital tools such as Power BI and modern ERP systems.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
