Interim Head of Development
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an Interim Head of Development for an exciting company in the security industry. You will lead a development team of 5 people. As a person, you are unpretentious, hands-on, and an experienced change leader. You will report to the Group CIO.
Main duties:
- Stabilization of support/incident.
- Release and change discipline.
- Knowledge Transfer and Risk Reduction.
- Structure for Implementation Projects.
- Prioritization/Delivery Management
To be eligible for the role:
- Hands-on operational leadership.
- Technical seniority.
- Experience with Jira Service Management, including SLAs, queues, and the knowledge base.
- Experience in creating and maintaining a framework for implementation-/
delivery project. - Practical experience organizing Confluence (templates, runbooks, navigation).
- Driven, unpretentious, and hands-on.
About the process:
The assignment covers 100% and will begin immediately; it is expected to last approximately 4 months, with the possibility of an extension.
