When Anna Rumin was hired a year ago, there was a clear plan in place for her return from parental leave. Now she is back and stepping into the role of Manager at a time when interim management has become an increasingly important strategic tool for Swedish companies.
Anna’s path to Interim Search was marked by a mutual desire to make a long-term commitment. Even though she was about to take a leave of absence, the decision to bring her on board was a no-brainer for both parties.
– I got a very good impression right away. The fact that we chose to commit to each other even though I would be away for a while showed a healthy attitude and a long-term perspective that I really appreciate, says Anna.
