Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Senior Brand Manager to an FMCG company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for “Go to market strategy” in collaboration between client and brand owner.
- Ultimately responsible for 4-5 well-known brands within FMCG.
- Communicate pricing and marketing strategies to relevant parties.
- The assignment involves some travel within Sweden.
- The role reports to the Marketing Manager and has no subordinates.
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience working with FMCG/consumer goods in a brand, product, or business manager role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Experience in leading the process from strategy to operational plan.
- Ability to act as a “spider in the web” and communicate strategic decisions to the sales/KAM organization.
- An understanding of both the marketing and sales perspectives is desirable.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp complex structures.
