Interim Change Manager

Main duties:

• Support manager and lead about 15 employees through organizational change
• Coach and develop the business manager
• Creating a stable group and environment in a new constellation
• Driving the implementation of ongoing change

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience in supporting managers and employees through change
• Clear leader with the ability to communicate in a sensitive and respectful way
• Ability to build trust in a short time
• Experience in municipal or public sector activities
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish

About the process: The assignment is for 50-100% starting February 1, 2026 and is expected to last 6 months.
