Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Service Manager to a company operating in the construction and machinery industry. The role is primarily based in the Gothenburg area. The position reports to the Business Area Manager.

Main duties:

  • Overall responsibility for aftermarket, customer management, and sales of service and spare parts.
  • Lead and prioritize the work of the aftermarket team.
  • Responsible for the service organization's finances, budget, and results. 
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication, rapid feedback, and compliance with processes.
  • Drive additional sales and identify business opportunities within the business area.
  • Responsible for monitoring KPIs for response time and quality.

To be eligible for the role:

  • Many years of experience as a service manager in industrial and construction companies.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relations.
  • Technical expertise with a good understanding of electricity, preferably with experience in the grid and energy industry.
  • Structured approach with a strong customer focus.
  • Experience leading teams and the ability to quickly build trusting relationships.
  • Experience in the aftermarket is an advantage.

About the process: 

The assignment is full-time, starting in January, and is expected to last for approximately 8 months. We will present candidates during week 2, and interviews will take place shortly thereafter.
