Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Senior Project Manager/Technical Manager to a leading industrial group in northern central Sweden. You will have a strategic and operational mandate to lead, optimize, and ensure the company's technical processes, as well as to build and develop the team's future capacity. You will report to the CEO and be part of the management team.
Main duties:
- You are responsible for leading and developing your team of specialists and technicians.
- You contribute solid experience and technical expertise in production engineering and quality assurance in accordance with IATF.
- You are responsible for the technical strategy and ensure that quality requirements are met at all stages, in accordance with applicable industry standards.
- You act as a technical advisor to customers and suppliers regarding material selection and production solutions.
- You will manage industrialization projects with a focus on quality, cost efficiency, and delivery precision.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have a university degree or civil engineering degree with a focus on production technology or equivalent.
- You have in-depth knowledge of APQP.
- You are a confident leader with proven experience in leading technical teams.
- You have a solid background in manufacturing, and experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time on site, starting December 1, and is expected to last six months. We will present candidates to the client on November 20, and interviews with the client company will take place on November 21.
