Interim Chief Marketing Officer
Interim Search has been tasked with appointing a Senior CMO for a rapidly growing lifestyle brand.
Main responsibilities
- Lead and coach the marketing department to ensure a high strategic and operational level.
- Drive conversion efforts and optimize the customer experience in digital channels (e-commerce).
- Develop and modernize the marketing strategy in line with the company's growth and changes in the industry.
- Ensure balance between brand-driven marketing.
To be eligible for the role:
- Do you have solid experience as a CMO or marketing director in consumer business with a strong digital presence?.
- Do you have a deep understanding of e-commerce and conversion-driving initiatives?.
- Do you have documented experience of leading and developing teams in a growth environment?.
- Do you have a humble, confident, and results-oriented approach with the ability to quickly generate momentum?.
The assignment will start immediately and is expected to last for four months at 80%.
