Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an interim Business Controller to a global industrial company located in Västerås. The role is part of a team of about 10 employees and reports to the Factory Controller.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for monthly financial statements and support for any annual financial statements in collaboration with the team.
- Continuous follow-up and analysis of project orders and maintenance of order backlog.
- Main responsibility for producing detailed financial reporting to global partners and management.
- Support management and site manager in operational controlling issues to ensure financial governance.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Business Controller, preferably from larger, international companies.
- Good ability to analyze and follow up project orders and order backlog in a complex environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, as well as strong knowledge of Excel and SAP (or similar business systems).
- Experience in delivering monthly financial statements and reporting detailed income statements/balance sheets to global partners.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
