Natalia Westin makes a comeback at Interim Search – takes on new role as Chief Marketing Officer
After 11 months of parental leave, Natalia Westin back at Interim Search – this time in a new and more specialized role as Chief Marketing Officer. Natalia has previously worked extensively within the company with responsibility for research, HR, and marketing, but will now focus on further developing Interim Search's marketing strategy and strengthening the link between marketing and sales.
– A lot has happened since I went on my second parental leave., says Natalia Westin. I look forward to immersing myself in marketing and getting even closer to our customers and candidates.
During her absence, Interim Search has, among other things, initiated a unique collaboration with the University of Gothenburg, where a training program for interim managers has been established.
– It is an incredibly exciting development to go from short seminars with new interim managers to actually examining senior leaders. There is a lot to build on there—especially in terms of communication., Natalia continues.
In her new role as CMO, she will focus particularly on enhancing the company's commercial offering, strengthening the brand, and initiating new marketing initiatives in line with Interim Search's rapid growth.
