Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Digital Sales & Marketing Director to a market-leading company in its industry, based in Gothenburg. The Swedish company is part of a European group.
Main duties:
- Drive volume growth by marketing and selling the company's services, creating positive leverage from the combination of new digital tools and broad experience.
- Using new and modern technology as a basis, convert challenges and create customer value.
- Find deals and close them; identify, prospect, and cultivate new customers, while also developing existing known major accounts.
- Lead customer dialogues and drive pitches, contributing significantly with strategic support in customer presentations, quotation processes, and responsibility for closing major deals.
- Responsible for driving and developing Sales Excellence through clear sales processes and a powerful marketing plan, coordinated with other sister companies in Europe.
- Develop & refine the customer base. The company's existing customer base includes many of the market's largest brands, to which you will add structured new customer acquisition.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience in agency or agent-related B2B sales, with digital services as a basis.
- Strong track record in consultative sales, with a habit of building up a strong customer base.
- Customer-centric approach, as well as a knack for turning added value into competitive solutions.
- Experienced and confident communicator, fluent in Swedish and English.
- The work area is primarily Sweden, based in Gothenburg and Stockholm, with the possibility of traveling freely.
- Academic college background, preferably in marketing, or equivalent.
