Interim Logistics Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Logistics Manager to a manufacturing company with good profitability and approximately 200 employees.
As Interim Logistics Manager, you report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Manages all recipient profiles in Monitor. Adds new recipients with the help of partners (EDI system; forecast, notification, invoicing).
- New items are added with customer links and connected to recipients (packaging, MOQ, lead time, freeze time, FSG price).
- Analysis of delivery plans and customer contact in case of uncertainty
- Hands-on work with the EDI system
- Backorder management for customer contact (choice of transport extra – regular, partial delivery).
- Frequent customer contact (70 recipients) regarding delivery notifications, order changes, packaging issues, extra pickups, closing days around holidays and weekends.
- Creates and uploads packing instructions to customer portals
- Monitors customer portals (primarily delivery schedules)
Who we are looking for:
- You have approximately 5 years of experience as a logistics manager.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience working with EDI systems at a subcontractor to the automotive industry.
- You are proficient in Office programs
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
- Experience working with Monitor is an advantage.
- Experience with the IATF 16949 quality management system is an advantage.
About the process
The assignment is for 100% full-time. Start date is October 20, and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
