Interim Maintenance Manager

Main duties:

• Responsible for coordinating 20+ workshops around Sweden.
• Ensure that all workshops work according to common procedures and processes.
• Create structure and documentation related to maintenance, safety, and quality.
• Support depot managers, workshop managers, traffic area managers, and site managers in their daily work.
• Develop protocols, safety procedures, and common working methods.
• Act as a central support function for the workshops – without direct personnel responsibility.

To be eligible for the role:

• Senior manager with solid experience in the automotive, bus, or transportation industry.
• Background in maintenance, workshop operations, or technical service.
• Proven experience in structuring, driving processes, and establishing routines.
• Ability to create cooperation and uniform working methods in a dispersed operation.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and confident in a coordinating role.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for approximately six months. The role is nationwide and based in Gothenburg, with travel to workshops throughout the country. Work will be carried out on site in Gothenburg at least 3 days/week.
