Interim Consumer Relations & Project Lead

Main duties:

• Handle more complex consumer cases and inflows from the markets.
• Ensure feedback to producers.
• Monitor and support in daily work.
• Lead and drive the rollout of internal systems to customer markets.
• Focus on all of the company's subsidiaries within the framework of multiple markets globally.
• Ensure structure, processes, and quality in implementation.

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience of fast-paced consumer contact with an understanding of tone and professional conduct.
• Global experience working across multiple markets.
• Proven experience in managing change or system rollout projects.
• Background in Food & Beverage or related consumer product industries is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. The assignment will be carried out on site.
