Interim R&D Controller
Interim Search has been tasked with recruiting an Interim R&D Controller for an international industrial manufacturing company based in Kronoberg County.
The R&D controller is responsible for the financial controlling of R&D costs, reporting operationally to the head of R&D and functionally to the CXO controller for the business area.
Main Tasks
- Serve as the key partner for the R&D leader.
- Overseeing the business Planning & Forecasting process.
- Evaluating the financial implications, building scenarios, and recommending actions.
- Financial reporting for the business area.
- Monitoring Business Performance.
- Assessing Business Risk Exposure.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers.
To be considered for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
- 6-10 years of experience in accounting and finance in manufacturing, preferably in R&D controlling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- You are a team player willing to take on new challenges and are able to work independently as well.
- Have proven communication skills.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Open-minded and creative.
About the assignment:
The assignment is planned to last for approximately 12 months at 80%, starting around November 1. Location preferably in Kronoberg County, but Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö are also acceptable.
