Interim R&D Controller
Interim Search have been tasked to recruit an Interim R&D controller to an international industrial manufacturing company based in Kronobergs län.
The R&D controller is responsible for the financial controlling of R&D cost, reporting operationally to the head of R&D and functionally to the CXO controller for the business area.
Main Tasks
- Serve as the key partner for the R&D leader.
- Overseeing the business Planning & Forecasting process.
- Evaluating the financial implications, building scenarios and recommending actions.
- Financial reporting for the business area.
- Monitoring Business Performance.
- Assessing Business Risk Exposure.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers.
To Be considered for the role:
- Bachelor´s degree in accounting/finance.
- 6-10 years of experience from accounting and finance in manufacturing, preferably from R&D controlling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- You are a team player willing to take on new challenges and are able to work independently as well.
- Have proven communication skills.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Open minded and creative.
About The Assignment:
The assignment is planned to last for app. 12 months at 80%, starting around Nov 1st. Location preferably in Kronobergs län, but also Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö acceptable.
