Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Program Management Director to a large manufacturing company with a turnover of SEK 1.5 billion.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Overall responsibility for customer projects and commercial manufacturing programs.
- Member of the company's management team with personal responsibility for around 10 employees.
- Ensure that all activities and products within the Project Portfolio are delivered on time.
- Close cooperation and interaction with other functions in the management team.
- Close cooperation and interaction with sales and marketing by managing the flow of information for forecasting upcoming new projects and ongoing projects.
- Establish and follow up on planning and goals in relation to customer requirements, production plans, and overall company goals and KPIs.
- Build and strive for continuous improvement of standards/processes for the implementation of the Project Portfolio.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals.
- Experience working with the commercialization of technical products.
- Experience of technical project management methodology.
- Probably a background in chemical engineering.
- Swedish and English in both writing and speech.
About the Process:
The assignment is full-time, starts immediately, and is expected to last for 6 months.
