Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Corporate Lawyer to one of Sweden's largest transport companies, based in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- You will work closely with the CEO and be part of a team of two people, reporting to the General Counsel.
- Conduct negotiations, provide advice, and support purchasing, tenders, and business.
- You act as legal advisor to the business units and departments.
- You will handle various types of agreements, from consulting agreements to complex agreements linked to major procurements.
To be eligible for the role:
- You are self-motivated with at least 5 years' experience as a corporate lawyer with similar duties and in a similar context.
- Experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
About the process:
