Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Supply Chain Business Analyst to an international manufacturing company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for producing, maintaining, and developing reports for raw materials and supply chain performance at the group level.
- Analyze supply chain data, identify trends and deviations to support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators for cost, delivery, quality, and sustainability.
- Identify cost savings and streamline purchasing processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, primarily in Power BI.
- Support the organization with relevant data and analysis ahead of negotiations with suppliers.
To be eligible for the role:
- Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or similar.
- Documented experience from an analytical role as a Business Analyst or equivalent, preferably within purchasing or supply chain.
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with and developing reports in Power BI.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and their data flows.
- Strong ability to collaborate and enjoys working in cross-functional teams.
- Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Opportunities for business travel may arise.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time with immediate start and is expected to continue until August 2026. We will present candidates to the client on September 18.
