Interim Supply Chain Business Analyst

Main duties:

• Responsible for producing, maintaining, and developing reports for raw materials and supply chain performance at the group level.
• Analyze supply chain data, identify trends and deviations to support decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators for cost, delivery, quality, and sustainability.
• Identify cost savings and streamline purchasing processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, primarily in Power BI.
• Support the organization with relevant data and analysis ahead of negotiations with suppliers.

To be eligible for the role:

• Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or similar.
• Documented experience from an analytical role as a Business Analyst or equivalent, preferably within purchasing or supply chain.
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with and developing reports in Power BI.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and their data flows.
• Strong ability to collaborate and enjoys working in cross-functional teams.
• Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Opportunities for business travel may arise.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time with immediate start and is expected to continue until August 2026. We will present candidates to the client on September 18.
