Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim department manager for a high-tech company experiencing strong growth. The department currently consists of 16 employees. The position is available in Karlskoga, Karlstad, or Örebro, and travel between these locations will be required.
Main job supplements
- Lead and develop the department and its technical areas of expertise
- Responsibility for resource planning, skills development, and work environment
- Ensure technical expertise and product knowledge within the team
- Drive improvement work on processes and working methods
- Work closely with management, project managers, and other functions
Qualifications
- Relevant technical college or university education
- Solid leadership experience from the industrial or defense sector
- Experience of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) is an advantage
- Swedish citizenship is required and a security check will be carried out before the assignment begins.
About the process
Starts in September and lasts for 6–12 months. Interviews with customers are conducted on an ongoing basis. To be eligible, you must be interested in a long-term commitment.
