Interim Head of IT Security and Infrastructure

Main duties:

• Responsible for technical IT security and infrastructure.
• Manage access and authorization controls, such as MFA, Active Directory and document and device security solutions.
• Implement and maintain security policies and train staff to promote security awareness.
• Monitor security, manage incidents and report security status to management.
• Ensure compliance with laws and standards and plan and budget for IT security investments.

To be eligible for the role:

• Many years of experience in IT security and infrastructure with broad technical skills.
• Very good understanding of security tools, network controls and authorization management.
• Experience in implementing security policies and training staff on security issues.
• Experience in managing safety incidents, conducting inspections and reporting to management.
• You are a good communicator and used to working in a complex and fast-changing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT security or similar.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the process: 

The assignment starts immediately, is full-time and is expected to last approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Presentation of candidates to the customer takes place continuously and interviews with the customer company take place in close connection.
