Interim HR Business Partner – For a Technology and Industrial Company
Interim Search has been entrusted with filling the position of interim HR Business Partner at an established technology and industrial company in Småland. The assignment is for 25 % and begins in early August.
About the assignment
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the business, with a particular focus on labor union relations and collective bargaining issues related to IF Metall. You are expected to provide reliable and expert support on labor law issues and to help develop HR practices in a manufacturing environment.
Main duties:
- Advice to managers on labor law and collective bargaining agreements (particularly IF Metall)
- Union Negotiations and Cooperation
- Support in personnel matters such as rehabilitation, workplace safety, and day-to-day HR issues
- Operational HR support in an environment characterized by industry and technology
We are looking for someone who has:
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist in the industrial or technology sector
- Extensive knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, particularly within IF Metall
- Documented experience in labor-management cooperation and negotiation
- Independence, responsiveness, and confidence in the role
The assignment is for 25% and is expected to last 6 months, with a good chance of extension.
