Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Senior Property Strategist/Project Manager to a public healthcare organization based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Ensure the planning, coordination, and implementation of the organization's long-term real estate strategy.
- Coordinate work on the new main building, relocations, temporary solutions, and decommissioning.
- Develop and manage an overall implementation plan.
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, and internal resources.
- Lead the work on decision-making documentation for Region Stockholm.
- Ensure risk management, scheduling, resource planning, and budget monitoring.
- Be the main point of contact for the health and medical care administration, urban development actors, and other external parties.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in project management within property development in complex healthcare environments.
- Proven experience of leading large programs or portfolios (>SEK 1 billion).
- Very good understanding of the requirements of hospital operations in terms of function, logistics, safety, and technical supply.
- Experience working in a public environment.
- Ability to drive projects in close collaboration with medical, administrative, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in handling relocations, evacuations, and successive phased construction projects.
- Academic degree in a relevant field.
