Interim Marketing Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Marketing Manager for a municipal organization in Västra Götaland.
The purpose of the assignment is to ensure stable management, operational peace of mind and momentum within the marketing department during a period of transition, as well as to support the company in delivering on ongoing marketing and communication efforts.
Main duties:
- Lead, organize and support the work of the marketing department with a focus on delivery, work environment
and prioritization. - Ensure that communication and marketing efforts are of high quality, are
coordinated and in line with the company's strategy. - Act as the link between the management team and the marketing team.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in managing communications and marketing in public or destination
Activities. - Good ability to quickly build trust and structure in a team under pressure.
- Used to working both strategically and operationally.
- Good experience of contributing to change.
About the process:
The assignment has a planned start mid-August and is estimated at 100% of a full-time. The duration of the assignment is estimated to at least year-end. Candidate presentation will take place on 1/7 and client interview will take place the following day.
