Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Business Developer to an international company focusing on infrastructure solutions. The role is based in Stockholm and requires some flexibility for travel.
Main duties:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in sustainable infrastructure, energy, and urban development.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders—both in the private and public sectors.
- Contribute to shaping and implementing business strategies together with the management team to promote the company's growth ambitions.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends, new segments, and potential areas for development.
- Act as the company's representative in external forums and networks and engage in dialogue with investors, authorities, and business partners.
To be eligible for the role:
- Extensive experience in business development, strategic sales, or consulting—preferably in an international context.
- Previous experience of market establishment or growth projects – experience in a fast-growing organization is an advantage.
- Strong commercial understanding and a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English.
- Relevant higher education in economics, technology, social planning, or related fields.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last approximately 12 months, starting on September 1. We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis.
