Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Production Manager for a logistics company in e-commerce located in Uppsala. The company has a turnover of about 3 billion and has about 350 employees.
Main duties:
- Supporting and developing operations, optimizing and streamlining logistics processes.
- Responsibility for warehousing, inventory and project management.
- Management and development of the logistics team and being operational and present.
- 2-3 direct reports.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience in logistics organizations with intensive operations.
- Experience in Start-up companies and equivalent project management experience.
- Communicative and experienced leader who has managed managers.
