Interim Fleet Management Manager

In the role of interim Fleet Management Manager, you will lead and develop the vehicle management department to ensure a fleet that meets both current and future market and business needs.

Main duties:

• Manage and develop the vehicle management department with about 10 employees. 
• Work proactively and cross-functionally towards the objectives of the business.
• Setting requirements and interacting with suppliers.
• Driving the development of new vehicle technologies.
• Develop and manage the vehicle fleet based on regulatory requirements and market and production needs.
• Recruiting to strengthen the function
• Help develop and improve ways of working and be more proactive
• Ensure continuous development towards set goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identify the function and be responsible for the recruitment of a long-term Fleet Management Manager or, alternatively, if there is an interest to be employed after the end of the interim assignment. 

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience from similar assignments/employment with responsibility for developing and managing fleet of vehicles with service and maintenance in a company with a turnover of several billion.
• Very good consultative skills in mapping, leading and driving development.
• Experience in managing engineers.
• Experience in interacting with vehicle and technology suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills and experience of collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• It is highly meritorious if you can start the assignment no later than May 12 to ensure the handover of the resignation.

The assignment is full-time and starts on or before May 12. The assignment is expected to last 9 months. Presentation of candidates to the client will take place by May 8 and interviews with the client company will take place by May 9. Do you have the right profile and are available? Apply now.
