Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Head of Legal within the finance department at one of Sweden's largest telecom companies.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Credit, finance, leasing, and securities law.
- Consumer and consumer credit legislation.
- Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting agreements.
- Payment defaults, debt collection, claims, and disputes.
- Company law.
- AML and KYC; and GDPR/privacy.
To be eligible for the role:
- Master of Laws degree.
- You have 6-8 years of experience working as Head of Legal.
- Strong business acumen, including a deep understanding of financial terms, regulations, and regional market dynamics.
- Experience in financial and regulated markets.
- You have a proven ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and influence multinational organizations.,
- You speak fluent Swedish and English,
