Interim Credit Analyst

In the role of Interim Credit Analyst, you will assist account managers in writing PMs and support the credit granting process.

Main duties:

• Analyze upcoming and existing credit transactions with a focus on financing real estate and real estate projects.
• Development and improvement of credit processes.
• Review of credit documentation prior to the next stage.
• Quarterly monitoring, analysis, and reporting of credit stock and risk.

To be eligible for the role:

• Either several years of experience as a credit analyst in a niche bank specializing in real estate lending. 
• Good knowledge of relevant credit regulations.
• Good knowledge of Excel. 
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  

The assignment is full-time, starts within a few days, and is expected to last for six months. Candidates will be presented to the client on an ongoing basis, followed by interviews. Do you have the right profile and are you available? Apply now.
