Interim Head of Customer Support
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Head of Customer Support for a fast growing energy company in Stockholm.
Main duties
- Lead and develop the customer support team.
- Work actively to build an effective support organization.
- Ensure that the team delivers high quality support through all channels.
- Optimize and develop processes to increase both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the structure and cooperation with technical partners.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have previous experience working operationally with customer service and process development.
- Experience working as a manager with staff responsibility for customer support.
- Experience in customer relations and good ability to manage IT related needs in a technical support environment, including software solutions and hardware integrations.
- Experience in developing and implementing procedures, processes and ways of working, with good IT skills and a holistic approach.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in the electrical industry and/or technical products is highly advantageous.
About the process:
The assignment is full time on site with the client starting immediately and is expected to last 3-4 months. Presentation of candidates to the client will take place on Friday, February 28 and interviews with the client company will take place on Monday, March 3.
