Interim Value Stream Manager

Main responsibilities and duties:

• You will lead and distribute the work within your VSM – assembly, which consists of approximately 60 employees.
• You will work on continuous improvements through your own initiatives and in close collaboration with the company's OpEx manager.
• You are ultimately responsible for planning production to meet the highest standards in terms of deadlines and quality for customers.
• You have full responsibility for your budget.
• You are constantly working to increase OEE, efficiency, and productivity in order to achieve even higher output.
• You are responsible for health and safety within your department.
• You will collaborate with other Value Stream Managers on site to share and implement best practices.

To be eligible for the role:

• Relevant education, for example, engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive or industrial sector.
• You are a strong leader, an attentive manager, and a “doer.”
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• You are self-motivated, curious, and want to develop and grow.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for approximately six months, starting on March 17, and is a full-time position. After that, there are good opportunities for employment, as the client wishes to recruit for the role.

We will present candidates on February 14, and customer interviews will be held in connection with this.
