Interim Specialist Sustainability Reporting

The role involves a lot of responsibility within the business, where you will be expected to be an expert in your field and act as a natural support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of a team of 4 people collaborating on the subject, furthermore you will be part of the Finance team of 18 people. 

Main duties:

• Sustainability reporting specialist responsible for developing and improving the company's sustainability reporting.
• Collaboration with different functions to optimize processes and structures and ensure high quality and accuracy of reporting.
• Implementation and adaptation of processes in line with the CSRD Directive.
• Monitoring of regulatory and market developments in sustainability reporting.
• Act as an expert and advisor on sustainability reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Broad collaboration with different parts of the organization and representation of the company in external sustainability reporting networks.
• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. 

To be eligible for the role: 

• Academic degree in economics or equivalent. A focus on sustainability is an advantage, combined with relevant work experience.
• Background in auditing, accounting or reporting, combined with experience in sustainability reporting.
• Experience in the financial sector or working with financial actors.
• Good understanding of systems and used to working in the Office package, especially Excel.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• You are structured and self-driven, with an ability to drive processes forward.
• You are experienced in collaborating and initiating interactions with colleagues, both within the finance department and in other parts of the business.

About the process:
