Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with recruiting a development-oriented Interim Production Manager to be based in Örebro County. This role is central to leading and developing production with a focus on quality, efficiency, and capability. The operation comprises approximately 40 employees.
Main duties
- Production management and KPI monitoring.
- Quality assurance (ISO 9001) and environmental management in accordance with applicable standards.
- Effective management of material flow and resource utilization.
- Staff development and ensuring the right skills.
- Implementation of improvement and investment projects.
To be eligible for the role, you must
- College or university degree (mechanical engineering or industrial production).
- Strong leadership skills and experience in production management, as well as an operational leadership style.
- Knowledge of relevant ISO standards and EHSQ work.
- Expertise in material flow optimization and financial management.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
