Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Sales Manager to a company in the construction and civil engineering sector.
Main duties
- Responsible for a team of 10 employees at various offices in central Sweden
- One of your main tasks is to generate growth in business relationships and contribute to effective and valuable collaboration with customers.
- You will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and be part of the sales management team.
- You are responsible for the team's results, both financially and through strategic KPIs.
Who we are looking for
- Experience as a sales manager and leading salespeople, including remotely
- At least 5 years of experience in structured and needs-based sales
- Experience in sales to commercial customers (B2B) in the automotive industry
- Experience with CRM systems and CRM processes
About the process:
The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last for 6-9 months. You will be based at the office and some travel will be involved, sometimes with overnight stays.
