Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim HR consultant to a municipal organization located in Halland County.
Main duties:
- Provide support to managers and employees on labor law issues, with particular expertise in municipal contracts and legislation related to municipal operations.
- Supporting and training managers in handling cases in the municipal contract area to ensure fair and legal employment conditions.
- Work actively to prevent and manage work environment issues and lead rehabilitation efforts, in accordance with labor law and municipal guidelines.
- Supporting managers and staff on labor law issues and ensuring that the municipality's procedures comply with applicable laws and collective agreements.
- Run and develop recruitment processes to attract and retain competent staff that meet the needs of the municipality.
- Work proactively on health and safety and rehabilitation issues to create a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant university degree in HR or other degree deemed equivalent by the client.
- At least 5 years of experience in qualified work in HR.
- Good knowledge of labor law and extensive knowledge of municipal activities and of municipal agreements.
- Experience of having previously worked on similar assignments as an interim consultant is an advantage.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start in November and last until summer 2025, with an approximate scope between 50-80%. We will present candidates during week 45 and interviews at the client company during week 46.
